4. Immunity
- Gakken shall not be liable for any damages of the Users arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
- The User shall solve any problems arising from using of the Website at the User's own responsibility and expenses.
- Gakken has the right to demand compensation (including reasonable attorney's fees) in case the User damages Gakken by the User's breach of any clause in this Terms and Conditions of Use.
- Any dealings between the Users and the advertisers, that put the advertisement on the Website, shall be at the User's and the advertisers' own risk and responsibility, and Gakken shall not be liable for any disputes or damages arising our of such dealings;
- Gakken makes no responsibility or warranty regarding the contents of websites linked from the Website, accordingly, Gakken shall not be liable for any damages offered at such websites.
5. Suspension of Service
Gakken may suspend, change or terminate all or any parts of the Website without prior notification to the Users.
Gakken also disclaims any liability for any problem, loss or damage arising in connection with such suspension, change or discontinuation.
6. Copyright
- The copyrights, other intellectual property rights and legal rights that should be protected related to the information provided on the Website (including all articles, pictures and illustrations) belong to Gakken or to the person(s) who provided the information to Gakken.
- Except with the prior approval of Gakken, the Users have no right to copy, translate, communicate through wire, broadcast, publish, sell, rent and alter any information provided on the Website other than for your own private use. Violation of this regulation is punishable.
